I’m back with another post and this time I’m sharing with you my all time favorite and go-to green smoothie recipe.  When I was living in the tropics I would have this smoothie every single day because it’s refreshing,  hydrating, and super alkalizing.  It’s an amazing boost to  jumpstart your busy day.

The ingredients are so simple and making it is easy-peasy.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 mango
  • 1 small cucumber
  • handful of spinach
  • an inch of fresh ginger (optional if you don’t like ginger)
  • ice cube
  • 1 1/2 cup water (you can adjust according to preference)
